It will also be beneficial to speak with your AmericaHomeKey,
Inc. Relationship Manager about the loan programs that are
designed to fit your immediate and long-term needs, and
to discuss your available rate lock options.
After Applying
Now that you have completed the application
process, let our trained team compose your symphony. If
any further information is needed, your Relationship Manager
will contact you. Your Relationship Manager may also contact
you to request additional documents needed to complete your
loan’s approval and to walk you step by step through
the progress your loan has taken.

be equally attainable to every mortgage applicant. We assure
you that each of our employees involved in the origination,
processing, underwriting and closing of your mortgage application,
exercise his or her best personal and professional efforts
to ensure that this policy is consistently followed.
Your Mortgage Application Checklist:
- Social Security number
- Completed Loan application package with
all disclosures
- Most recent paycheck stubs covering one-month
period (for both borrower and co-borrower)
- Bank statements for the last two months
for each deposit account (all pages please) i.e. Banks,
Savings and Loans, Credit Unions, Mutual Funds
- If you are a salaried person, we need
W2 statements for the previous two years
- If employment compensation is based on
commission, we will need signed completed tax returns for
the past two years, personal and business, with all attached
schedules
- Copy of the Real Estate Sales Contract
for the property you are buying
- If applicable, a copy of your company
relocation agreement if you will receive relocation benefits
from your employer
- Names and addresses of your landlords
for the previous two years, if you have been renting
- Copies of documents that may be
pertinent to the transaction (i.e. Divorce Decree, closing
statements,
lease agreements, etc)
